Airworthy Services, LLC created by veteran aerospace CEOs Jim Rouleau and Scott Holland

GARDENA, Calif., April 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Earlier this year, Airworthy International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airworthy Aerospace, a Limited Liability Company headquartered in Hudson, WI, executed a restructuring. Airworthy International, Philippine location, was sold to a group of investors who will maintain and operate the 145 Repair Station at the Clarke Air Force Base. Airworthy International, Los Angeles location, was merged with a group of investors from the aerospace industry. The new business called Airworthy Services, LLC has been relocated to 147 West 115^th St. Gardena, California 90248. Airworthy Services will focus its efforts on producing high quality thermoformed plastic seat parts and various components for the interior of commercial aircraft.
