Cargojet Announces Voting Results from Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 21, 2019 /CNW/ - Cargojet Inc. (TSX: CJT, CJT.A) ("Cargojet" or the "Company") announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held today at the offices of Stikeman Elliott LLP, 53^rd floor, Commerce Court West, 199 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario.

A total of 6,587,199 common voting shares and variable voting shares representing approximately 48.95% of the Company's issued and outstanding voting shares were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of each director nominee as follows:
