Detroit Metro CVB Honors Members of the Hospitality Community for Customer Service Excellence at 24th Annual ROSE Awards

The Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau's 24th Annual Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Awards.

Who:

More than 500 people are registered to attend the event, including members of the hospitality community and their family and friends.

Why:

The ROSE Awards recognizes individuals in the hospitality industry that have gone above and beyond in their everyday responsibilities. Winners are chosen in six categories including Volunteers, Attractions and Casinos, Transportation, Restaurants, Behind the Scenes and Hotels. One Overall Service Champion will also be recognized.

One company will be awarded the William F. McLaughlin Hospitality Award for Service Excellence, the only award in the state of Michigan that honors customer service excellence in businesses.
