El Cid Resorts Honored with "Best Day" Travel Awards

MEXICO, Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Travel agency Best Day Travel recently handed out its top awards to Mexico resorts in various categories, with the El Cid Resorts chain taking the top honors in the category "Best Promotion in Mexico."

The award which Best Day Travel gave to El Cid Resorts was in recognition of the resort's leadership in promoting tourism in Mexico, a particularly special recognition considering the high level of competition in a key tourism area such as Mexico. 

Rafael Lizárraga Favela, the region's Secretary of Tourism attended the event, as did many other members of the hotel industry in Mexico and the region. Officials of Best Day Travel Group spent the first part of the appreciation dinner giving thanks to its suppliers and business partners who all had a positive year.
