Hozpitality Group: Celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes OBE will be attending Middle East Hozpitality Excellence Awards 2016 in Dubai

Celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes OBE has confirmed his attendance at the second Middle East Hozpitality Excellence Awards 2016 in Dubai. Gary Rhodes OBE is an English restaurateur and chef, known for his love of British cuisine and the distinctive spiked hair style that he once wore.

Gary's career as a writer has been both prolific and highly successful and, to date, he has published over twenty cookery books, including New British Classics, The Complete Cookery Year, Keeping it Simple and 365.  

His television career has been equally successful with series such as Rhodes Around Britain, MasterChef, Masterchef USA, Hell's Kitchen, Rhodes Across INDIA, Rhodes Across China, Rhodes Across the Caribbean, Rhodes Across Italy and, most recently, the BBC series The Great British Food Revival.  As well as owning four restaurants, Rhodes also has his own line of cookware and bread mixes.  

Well known as an ambassador for British cuisine, Gary has achieved what no other chef had previously managed to do, he reintroduced Britain to its rich gastronomic heritage and uncovered a culinary culture to rival that of any other country in the world. In 2006 Gary was honoured with an OBE for services to the hospitality industry.

Over 300 candidates enter the race to be nominated as one of the best in their category. We received over 15,000 votes in the first 4 weeks of online voting, Raj Bhatt, CEO Hozpitality Group said. The awards are different as these are popular choice awards for the hospitality Industry where selections are purely done on basis of online voting received for various categories. The voters will also have a chance to win an Ipad after they successfully complete the voting.

The Award function in 2016 will take place on the evening of Monday, 12th Dec 2016 at Dusit Thani Dubai, where more than 400 top industry figures will meet at this spectacular gala dinner said Raj Bhatt, CEO, Hozpitality Group.
