Kukio Properties sets torrid sales pace for 2016

KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii, July 19, 2016 /CNW/ -- "With over $100,000,000 in sales this year, Kukio Properties is having the highest sales since 2007," stated Jim Schneider, Kukio Properties' Principal Broker.  Representing the Buyer on 17 of 19 transactions and the Seller on 17 of 19 transactions, Kukio Properties sold a total of eight homes ranging in price from $4,000,000 - $9,500,000.  Five homes were located in Kukio, two in Maniniowali and one in Kaupulehu.  You can view our current inventory of homes at www.kukio.com.

Four cottages sold ranging in price from $3,100,000 - $4,500,000, three 3-bedroom non-ocean view cottages ranging in price from $3,100,000 - $3,450,000 and one 4-bedroom ocean view cottage sold for $4,500,000.  There is currently one, 2-bedroom cottage available offered at $3,600,000.

Six home sites sold ranging in price from $750,000 - $20,000,000.  One in Kukio, one in Maniniowali and four in Kaupulehu. Kaupulehu Super Lot 2, a 3.3 acre home site recently sold for $20,000,000.  Super Lot 1, a 2.45 acre home site is currently listed for $22,000,000.

Construction throughout Kukio is extraordinary with 29 homes under construction and eight in Design Review.  Listings remain consistent with new sellers coming to market as homes sell. Currently there are fifteen homes listed in Kukio and six in Maniniowali.
