/R E P E A T -- Media advisory - Virtual press briefing: Meeting with the winner of the $6,000,000 Lotto 6/49 jackpot/

MONTRÉAL, July 22, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the media are invited to come see Loto-Québec's first-ever virtual cheque presentation. The cheque will be presented to the winner of the $6,000,000 jackpot in the July 1 Lotto 6/49 draw.

The press briefing will be held in compliance with public health measures this Thursday, July 23, at 10:30 a.m. at the Casino de Mont-Tremblant, and will be streamed live so that the media may attend virtually. Host Julie Houle will be on hand to greet the winner and her friends and family.

Members of the media must email Danny Racine at danny.racine@loto-quebec.com to confirm their virtual attendance.

How to attend

On Facebook
The press briefing will be streamed live on Facebook via a group page intended for members of the media only.

Members will be able to write their questions to the winner in the comments section right under the video. Since this group is private, journalists must ask to join it at least 15 minutes before the start of the press briefing so that Loto-Québec's media relations team can give them access.
