OTTAWA, Nov. 3, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - On November 4th, at VIA Rail's Ottawa station, Yves Desjardins-Siciliano, President and CEO of VIA Rail Canada, and David Flannigan, Dominion President of the Royal Canadian Legion will announce their partnership which aims to pay tribute to Canadian veterans and launch VIA Rail's Poppy Campaign. VIA Rail and Legion employees, as well as veterans, soldiers and their family members will be present to mark the event. For the occasion, a VIA Rail train car will be officially decorated with a poppy, along with several other cars across the country to highlight activities related to Remembrance Day.
