Prize Claim Subject to Insider Win Process

TORONTO, March 29, 2019 /CNW/ - A group of six of Southern Ontario are one step closer to claiming their lottery win of $13,766.30 from POOLS Football Pools Card #01 (List #1265).

As group member Jetender Khagura's wife is an employee at an OLG retail location, this prize falls within OLG's definition of an Insider Win.

As of today's date, the claimant has completed the first step of a two-step Insider Win process, which included an investigation of their prize claim.

To complete the prize claim, the prize will be held for a 30-day waiting period as part of OLG's Insider Win process, in order for OLG to publicize the win. If there are no additional claims on this prize it will be paid to the claimant on April 27, 2019.

If the pay date falls on a day that is not a business day, then the following business day shall be deemed to be the pay date.

The members of the group are:

Robert Aasa of Waterdown
Nathan Black of Stoney Creek
Derek Dunkley of Guelph
Darryl Getchell of Burlington
Jetender Khagura of Brantford
Jay Woodley of Waterford

The ticket was purchased at Waterdown Variety on Hamilton Street in Waterdown.
