"Today we are excited to bring our signature premium coffee roast profile to Keurig® customers," says John Dawson, president and CEO, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. "Now, millions of Keurig® customers can enjoy the distinct coffee profile of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® with the convenience of the Keurig® platform. We believe these new additions will delight our current customers and introduce many others to our great products."
Available in 16-count boxes ($11.95), the four coffee varieties include:
-- Cafe 63: A smooth, light-bodied roast with fruity aroma that has been a
customer favorite since the company opened its first location in 1963.
-- Costa Rica: With a balanced, crisp flavor and fragrant aroma, this
medium-bodied coffee is sourced from the finest high-altitude farms,
where the unique climate and rich soils produce coffees that exhibit a
bright, clean taste.
-- Viennese Blend: Mellow, smooth, and delicately nuanced with hints of
chocolate, this blend draws on a unique Vienna-style of roasting that
dates back to 1683 to create a deep brown, medium dark roast.
-- Toasted Amaretto: Flavored coffee that boasts the rich and fragrant
flavor of almond and creamy liqueur.
Customers who purchase a K-Cup® box at any The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® store will receive a free regular size cup of brewed coffee (terms and conditions apply). All varieties are available at participating locations of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® and at CoffeeBean.com.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® announced a multiyear agreement to make The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® brand available in K-Cup® packs for the Keurig® K-Cup® Brewing System in May 2013.
