The Resort at Paws Up Goes Wild For Brooke Williamson's Bravo Top Chef Win

GREENOUGH, Mont., March 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Chef Brooke Williamson has carved out an impressive résumé full of leading roles and professional achievement, and, as of this week, has now added Top Chef winner (Season 14) to her list of accomplishments. Luxury ranch resort The Resort at Paws Up is thrilled to have the show's most-recent victor on property this spring and summer (and even next year) to showcase her wild culinary talents. Guests will have the opportunity to rub elbows with the Top Chef herself at the following events in 2017 and 2018.

WILDFLAVOR

Saddle up for the ultimate culinary ride with flora, fauna and flavor at WildFlavor, April 20–23. The first of its kind at The Resort, WildFlavor will feature cream-of-the-crop culinary talent with four Top Chef stars, including Kristen Kish (winner, Season 10), Sam Talbot (finalist, Season 2), Casey Thompson (finalist, Season 3) and Brooke Williamson (winner, Season 14). Talbot and Thompson also competed on Season 14.

Guests will have a prime spot to watch these chefs "fork it out" during a live cook-off challenge. A trio of expertly crafted meals will be served during the tasty four-day event.

Paws Up has invited Chef Brooke Williamson back to the Montana wilderness to demonstrate her signature talent—taking locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and turning them into mouthwatering masterpieces. Along with Paws Up Executive Chef Ben Jones, she'll stock up at the Missoula farmers market in the morning to grab the freshest of the fresh and then return to create an unforgettable, one-night-only dinner tasting menu before your very eyes. Bounty on the Blackfoot is truly a celebration of the harvest, featuring the local purveyors and partners who embody the traditions and demonstrate the rich farming history of the region.

WINTERFEST 2018

Chef Brooke Williamson will return to Paws Up's third-annual winter culinary weekend WinterFest, January 25–28, 2018. Guests will enjoy three and a half days of intimate cooking classes; wine, beer and spirits tastings; live entertainment and gourmet, winter-themed feasts created by award-winning guest chefs.
