The Timothy S Y Lam Foundation Appoints Anne P. Browne as Foundation Director

LAS VEGAS, April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Timothy S Y Lam Foundation (TSYLF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne P. Browne as Foundation Director with the Las Vegas based non-profit, TSYLF Board Chair Ellen Lam said recently. A long-time Nevadan and valued member of the Las Vegas philanthropic community, Browne has extensive experience in development, communication and publication management and spent over ten years in nonprofit industry. Browne will be responsible for the strategic leadership of TSYLF by working with the Board of Trustees to establish long range goals, strategies, plans and tactics.

Browne has served on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and served on the committee of Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada.

Browne brings a breadth of professional expertise in the nonprofit industry. Prior to joining TSYLF, Browne was the Director of Development for the Nevada School of the Arts and was responsible for the development, cultivation, and management of the fundraising program. In 2013, she was the Director of Development at Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, which was awarded the 2013 Nonprofit of the Year by VEGAS INC. In her position, she directed all fundraising strategies including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing. Browne graduated at the University of Southern California with an emphasis on Business Administration.

As the Foundation Director for TSYLF, Browne will be responsible for the fundraising, sponsorship, scholarship and grant management.
