Visitor Center Holiday Schedule, Programming, And Mummers Ticket Sales

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Independence Visitor Center Corporation is gearing up for an exciting holiday season, featuring the Philadelphia Holiday Festival.

The Independence Visitor Center is the exclusive location to pick up free-timed tickets to tour Independence Hall and located across the street from the Liberty Bell Center. Tickets to MummersFest, the Mummers Parade, and Fancy Brigade Finale are also on sale at the Independence Visitor Center.

The City Hall Visitor Center, room 121, is centrally located among Center City's bustling holiday scene surrounding City Hall. Here you can purchase tickets to tour City Hall and the observation deck. New this week: City Hall Visitor Center now offers ticket sales to more than 100 tours and attractions!

Open daily, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Early closure, December 24; 3:00 p.m.
Closed Christmas Day, December 25
Extended hours, December 26 – 30; 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Regular hours New Year's Day, January 1; 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

City Hall Visitor Center
Extended hours through December 24, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Regular hours resume December 27, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Closed Christmas Day, December 25
Closed Monday after Christmas Day, December 26
Closed New Year's Day, January 1
Closed Monday after New Year's Day, January 2

Independence Hall
Early closure, December 24; 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Closed Christmas Day
Open New Year's Day, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. *Only Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell Center, and Independence Visitor Center are open January 1. All other park sites are closed.

MUMMERS TICKETS:

For the last 12 years, the Independence Visitor Center has been the exclusive location to purchase bleacher seating at the Mummers Parade. Also available for purchase at the Visitor Center are tickets for the Fancy Brigade Finale Shows and MummersFest.
