To facilitate the company's core value, Care and Contribute, WorldVentures Foundation™ was created in 2010 with a focus on providing positive global change for children. Through the foundation, WorldVentures Representatives and DreamTrips Members have multiple opportunities to serve and implement sustainable economic and environmental solutions within global communities.

One opportunity is for Independent Representatives to participate in a Volunteer Day, organized by the WorldVentures Foundation prior to a company training event in that local community. Since 2010, the foundation has also organized numerous good works trips for DreamTrips Members—called VolunTours—to remote locations in Africa, Latin America, Europe and Asia aimed at helping the most vulnerable people among us, children.

In this spirit of giving back, WorldVentures Independent Representatives made an impact on Friday in the Matsosha Day Care Centre in Botshabelo, South Africa. Working in partnership with Prettify Township, volunteers laid new carpet, built shelving, and plastered and painted the walls, windows and doors around the building. A similar WorldVentures volunteer event was hosted at a Botshabelo pre-school last October 2015.

In addition, the WorldVentures Foundation hosted 40 children, 10 volunteers and 2 teachers at the Lory Park Zoo. This was many of the children's first trip to the zoo. The outing included bus transportation along with drinks and snacks.
