The best trip I ever made.... Visiting a friend expatriated here, to the heaven! :)

What you have learned?
Drinking Kava... (beurk!), playing Bingo!, visiting Pines Island under drastic RAIN, see billions of butterflies in Lifou, being awake in the middle of the night for a tsunami alert, eating delicious red thuna, Thaïtian salad, wonderful landscapes, ravishing snorkelling sessions (balistes picasso)...
(-) very expensive country, potential cultural frictions with kanaks...

What you would recommend?
Centre culturel Djibaou, Aquarium, île aux canards, île des pins, Yaté provincia, Lifou, try at least once to drink kava and play bingo game! ;)
